Packages and prices
Prices below are per person. Both participants pay the same — each 40% less than the 1:1 rate. No partner? We can find one for you.
5-lesson package valid for 1 month, 10-lesson package valid for 2 months, 20-lesson package valid for 4 months from the date of the first lesson. Rescheduling possible once per package. Payment by invoice before the start of the course.
What is covered in each lesson?
The curriculum is built around your goals, not a fixed textbook. Before the first session your teacher asks what you need, then builds each lesson from there.

Courses run from complete beginner to advanced. Before the first lesson your teacher does a short assessment to confirm your starting point and set the right pace.

Frequently asked questions
How do the pair lessons work in practice?
Two people join the same Zoom call, each from their own device and location. The teacher runs the lesson for both: conversation practice between the two participants, grammar explanation and live correction. Each person pays 40% less than the 1:1 rate. Both need to join from their own computer with headphones — sharing one device does not work well for the speaking exercises.
What if I do not have a partner for the pair course?
Send an email to info@norskling.no with your current level and the times you are available. We will match you with another learner looking for a partner at a similar level. There is no fee for the matching service and no commitment before you agree to start together.
Can I switch between 1:1 and pair format during my package?
The package format is fixed at purchase. If you want to switch, contact us before booking your next lesson and we will look at the best way to handle it based on your remaining lessons.
What level should I choose?
If you are unsure, choose the level you think is roughly right — the teacher will assess your actual level in the first 10 minutes and adjust from there. You will not waste a lesson because of a slightly wrong level estimate.
How long are the lessons and how often should I study?
Each lesson is 45 minutes. Most learners book 1 or 2 lessons per week. You agree times session by session with your teacher — no fixed recurring slot is required, which makes it easier to fit around shift work or irregular schedules.
Is this course only for people in Norway?
No. Lessons are via Zoom, so location does not matter. The course is available to anyone anywhere with a stable internet connection. Most current learners are in Norway or Poland, but learners from other countries are welcome.
